Hygienic Measures Covid-19

Due to the circumstances in which we find ourselves, we need our clients to provide a valid telephone number in case we need to contact them for possible cases as soon as possible.

In addition, they should be aware that they must postpone their stay if they have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 or if they have been in contact with a person with COVID-19 (or with symptoms of it in the 14 days prior to their stay).

DURING THE GUIDED VISIT:

• The 2-meter safety distance between each client will be respected. To facilitate this, we will provide each client with audio devices that are properly sanitized, regardless of the number of people visiting.

• The groups will have a maximum of 20 people per guide, so that we can guarantee the safety distance between each person.

• Our guides at each meeting point will wear the appropriate PPE, such as masks and hydroalcoholic gel.

• In addition, during the visit, hydroalcoholic gel will be provided by the guide who will carry out the visit.

• To give you information about visits, offers, etc. we use telematic means, replacing the physical brochure.

• We will recommend payment by electronic means. In the case of cash payment, all the money will be sanitized every day.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION MEASURES:

The offices are disinfected daily and several times during the day using the products recommended by the Government for the disinfection of the Covid-19. We pay special attention to: 

• Umbrellas.

• Computers.

• Door and window knobs.

• Switches.

• Electronic devices such as phones or tablets.

ORGANIZATIONAL MEASURES:

Redistribution of work stations so that there is at least 2 metres of distance between each person, thus complying with current regulations.

We have proceeded to carry out the entry of personnel in a staggered manner to avoid crowding.

Company personnel will not share work equipment such as audio devices, microphones, umbrellas or wallets without having carried out the obligatory sanitation. 

Pedal bins will be installed in the office to dispose of all individual disposable materials.

HYGIENIC MEASURES:

Approved hydro-alcoholic disinfectants have been installed at the entrance to our central office to be used especially at the entrance and exit of the workplace. Each individual worker will have hydroalcoholic gel for continuous sanitization.
